Co-founder & CEO
Shelley has served in children’s and family ministry for over two decades not only as a children's pastor but also in the training and support of pastors and ministry leaders through organizations such as the International Network of Children’s Ministry (INCM). In addition to being a full-time wife and mom, she currently serves as the Children's Ministry Catalyst for the Reformed Church in America (RCA).
As an author, she has written various units and events for children’s ministry, as well as 24 Family Ministry Events for the Holidays from RoseKidz, She is co-author of the Mourning Star Grief Curriculum for children, teens, and adults.
Founder & Creative Consultant
After five years as an elementary school teacher, Dori stepped into family ministry, serving as a pastor for more than 15 years. Her passion is to bridge generations and provide experiences that merge individual narratives with God's story. Dori's flair for creativity has resulted in several ventures designed to bolster faith development, including the "GrowthRings" concept. Dori now serves as the Principal of Tree of Life School in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Kara has grown up in children's ministries, from attending to volunteering to leading ministries in the local church - and there is nowhere else she'd rather be! She has an M.Div degree from Western Theological Seminary and is ordained as a minister in the Reformed Church in America (RCA). Kara serves as a children's pastor in West Michigan as well as a full-time wife and mom.
